I doubt the performance will rival that of a 4/5 element yagi as far as maximum forward gain goes. But it might approach that of a 3 element close spaced yagi...

Adding a second loop should add 3db minus any loss in the phasing harness.  That is true for stacking any antenna.  I can't see how their single loop should...
