This group is for modelers that interested in railroad operations in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains. Railroads to be discussed include the B&O, C&O, Chessie, Clinchfield, Interstate, L&N, NYC, N&W, PRR, SOU, NS, CSX, etc.










Forum Rules/Guidelines:

1. All messages shall be about modeling the prototype. This includes:
- how-to questions and answers, in particular how to build them, how to improve them, and how to fix them
- requests for prototype information and answers are welcome and encouraged
- discussion of details and other information about various locomotives and rolling stock
- discussion of railroad and line side structures directly related to the railroad

2. All messages shall demonstrate respect for fellow forum members. Courtesy is expected. Condemnation of persons, models, and/or manufacturers is not tolerated. However, critical analysis of models in the from of product review is encouraged. When pointing out problems it will be expected that either solutions and/or request for help are included.

3. FOR SALE OR TRADE message are accepted. This is a service that is valuable to many folks. All items posted for sale/trade shall be useful for modeling the prototype.

4. When replying to posted messages make reasonable effort to minimize quoting from previous messages. Include only text which is needed to make your point.

5. You are expected to sign your first and last names to all messages that you post to this forum. Internet screen names are not acceptable.
