Are you looking for an Active Sailor Moon RPG that is Mary-Sue Free? Look no further!

Our game takes place during the Silver Millennium before the Rise of Queen Beryl. We'll follow the Princesses, most of which are physically 16, and we're just going to see how things go. You are also more than welcome to play one of the Queens or Kings of the planets. This will be a little AU in that I'm not going to make it so Queen Beryl has to win. What fun is it to know the ending?

Here you can take on of the Sailor Senshi, one of the Queens who are training the Sailor Senshi, or you may have a made-up Guardian Senshi to protect one of the Planetary Princesses.

We could really use more male senshi. While we're looking for all types of players, we're trying to even out female to male ratio.

Survival, evasion, resistance, escape.

SERE training has been around since the end of the Korean war. Starfleet maintains several such facilities, on different worlds, and most have excellent reputations. In our first mission, the team receives orders to report to a remote base (in what was once Maine) to participate in resistance and escape training.

Unknown to the facility itself, the team also has a secondary objective -- to investigate, by participation, the practices employed by the civilian scientists running the program -- because Starfleet has become concerned by reports coming out of this relatively new SERE facility. Could their new, radical approach be excessively harsh or is it just what's needed to prepare Starfleet personnel for the new threats they will face? On their own, without the White Rose to support them, the team must not only resist and escape, but also investigate and bring the truth to light.

We're accepting applications now -- come join us for a different look at the Star Trek universe.

Age Limit: 18 or older

Description: We are a role-playing game set in the Star Trek universe in the year is 2370. In a departure from strict canon, our simulation is loosely based upon, and pays homage to, modern-day special forces teams -- although specific knowledge of current practices is not a requirement for membership.

The USS White Rose, defiant class, serves strictly as a mission platform for a fictional special forces team as they deploy on highly classified, covert missions. When not deployed, the team returns for training and down time to their base located adjacent to Starfleet headquarters, Presidio, San Francisco Bay area, on Earth.

2370 was the year that the Borg tried a second incursion into Federation space. The Maquis declared an unofficial war on the Cardassian Union. The Cardassians tried to regain influence on Bajor. The standard warp drive was found to have detrimental effects on the fabric of subspace and Wesley Crusher left the Enterprise to go with the traveler. That's our playing field. Federation space in a turbulent time period.

Our emphasis is on a combination of characterization and plot-driven stories with the focus on quality rather than quantity. Note, however, there is a posting minimum of one post/week for the primary character which is enforced. You must be 18 or older to play. By consensus of the crew, we're strictly PG. Romantic entanglements between team members is not permitted; however, all participants can write run additional characters -- civilian family, individuals who work on base and do not deploy, etc.

The black hole in which Starfleet sends all it's third time losers and hopeless screwups.

This is the USS Nova NX-96660 the test bed ship of the Nova class. This ship has been unlucky from the very beginning. Not even done with it's shakedown cruise and it was set upon by the forces of the Dominion.

After being unceremoniously towed in to the nearest Starbase the USS Nova was towed into the junk field to rot

That is till a certain Admiral needed a piece of crap to give a Commander that had been promised a command.

Now Commander Mendez is assigned the task of making this ship fly.

It is stripped of all useful gear, the Science departments, recreation departments, and many other things were never installed since they were not ready for them yet. Weapons systems, sensor suite, and warp core were pulled for other ships.

This Starship is a shell, and a badly damaged shell at that...

How many times have you joined a simm and the GM tells you, post x times a week or your gone. Or don't hijack the mission or your gone. Or, your character has to act like a real person or your gone.

Screw it, I'm gone... to the No-Va. The simm that ain't a simm. Where if you want to write about making a peanut butter and baloney sandwich then eating it and Ralphing, I will laugh at you.

I could claim to be the best of the best and we are going to have fun or else damnit! But that is not what the No-Va is about. I am not going to push forward with this game, it's just there for the heck of it. (I made the site to see what Nova would do)

So, here is the deal, you pick your own rank (below Commander unless you have a really great story as to why you outrank your Captain) You play when you got something to post. JP with someone when you just think you got enough bad jokes for a JP. I will do the same. (I have my real simms I play on [and GM] and so do you)

At some arbitrary point we will change missions and be doing some other ridiculous thing that may or may not end really well, or badly.

Here are the rules for joining:

Mary Sue the Hell out of your character
choose your rank
no serious characters allowed, unless they are so by the book driven that they are ridiculous
your sample post should be the reason why you were assigned to the USS Nova in the first place, keep a copy because once your in it should be your first post too.
Don't expect this to be a action packed fast paced real simm, this is where you get to be silly, the first person I hear complain about how silly it is, Commander Hunting Dog Mendez will blow your character out an airlock... by accident of course.

Since this takes place during the Marauders-Era of the books and a lot of that stuff was cut from the movie, we highly recommend that you've read the books before joining.

The current state of the Federation could be, and has been, described as
crippled. Ten years ago in its height the Federation was home to more than 250
species living on over 1200 worlds, today these species have been reduced to
refugees who live on just 7planets. Almost all the other empires in the Galaxy,
the Breen, the Romulans and even the BORG were destroyed years ago only a few
thousand refugees all of whom now lived in the Federation.


In the years, that followed people lived in fear, expecting to die at any
moment, this coursed a rush of marriages and an equal rush of suicides both for
the same reason. By New Year 2410 (14 years later), the federation had held with
seven planets fighting off every attack and even winning a few decisive battles
of their own. Those 14 years were known at the time as the `Dark Days' but later
Generations would know them as `The birth of a new era' for it was those dark
days that brought about a peace among the species that was unheard of in past
times. It was from those times that a new Alliance of Planets was born. The
Alliance would go on to encompass the Galaxy and later spread through the
Universe.

Officers Log, Lieutenant Ty Lee Sun

The Commodore and Commander along with most of the senior staff have all been
away for a few weeks now, I was chosen by the Commodore to remain with the ship
in acting command. With no experience in command, it is a good job that our
Akira Class ship is docked undergoing repairs and upgrades. I've been hearing
scuttlebutt around the station that we will lose the Devils Brew, they are
unhappy with the choices that the Commodore has made, there is even some rumours
that are saying that she will lose her command.

I wish they were back I hate being on my own� End log.

The Name Devils Brew was assigned to an Akira Class, but now thanks to
numberings from command the Akira Class is being renamed and re-tasked. A brand
new Nova class refitted for longer term missions has been passed the name, for
those in command this is punishment, for the Commodore and her crew it is an
opportunity to fight the war in a whole new way.

What's new in HNY? Here's a recap of the last couple of weeks!

Remus Lupin is struggling to find his place at Hogwarts. He has found happiness in a new budding relationship with a face from his past, Linnea Avery, but has yet to find a way to reach out to Harry, who is still prone to angry outbursts like the ones in Order of the Phoenix.

Draco, using a book given him by his father, has launched his own version of Dumbledore's Army, but with a decidedly Dark Arts bent. He has successfully cast Sigellum salomonis, a spell which mimics the Imperius. An older student, Lexx Zathour, has decided to take advantage of the situation to try and get the victim to steal from Snape's office for him.

Harry and Ron are sneaking about in the dungeons, determined to find a way to link Malfoy and Snape to the disappearances at Hogwarts and the other assorted trouble. Harry had found a shred of cloth, which he believes is from Snape's cloak. In the dim light of the dungeons, he believes he saw a tear in Snape's cloak.

   Harry thinks Leni is a weak link in Slytherin and therefore a good target for his plan to dose a Slytherin with a truth serum and get some answers. Hermione still has major doubts about the plan and the Slytherin girl in question. She is, however, dutifully researching translation spells to be able to read a strange book Harry stole from the Restricted Section.

   Firius Burnside, 5th year Gryffindor, was kidnapped from St. Mungo's by a Death Eater and locked in a small room in a house he's never seen before. He found a small pin...an Inquisitorial Squad badge and believes he is at Malfoy Manor. Voldemort himself has appeared and is taking stock of the situation (Firius' birth parents were Death Eaters and killed by other Death Eaters in the First War).

Unbeknownst to Firius, Lucius Malfoy, Willi von Wittelsbach, Lilith Martio and Michael Richthoven are finalising a fiendish plot to experiment on Dementors in an attempt to free souls held within them. The first stages of their nefarious plan are about to be set in motion.

    And what is up with the Quidditch scandal involving a number of players...but NO former Slytherins.. .being caught up in illicit use of performance- enhancing potions? Professional Quidditch player and perennial bad bMarcus Flint finds it rather amusing and has been telling everyone who will listen that this year Chudley will win it all.

   Intrigued? Do you think you could add to these stories and/or write ones just like them or even better?

Help us write the saga that is Hogwarts. It's not all about Harry, even if he is the 'Chosen One'.

If you want your character to SHINE, you have to show up and actually write for him/her.

Detailed description: HNY is a canon-based RPG set in year 6. It is canon only through what was known as of the end of OoTP. We play out things that *could* have happened in canon from year 6 on and so creativity on the part of the players is strongly encouraged. We welcome new story lines and can find ways to accommodate/ integrate back stories as much as possible with existing ones. We also love to inject humour into the stories and be inventive with spells (within reason for the age of the character).

We have been an active RPG for nearly five years and have a great set of excellent writers who adhere to high standards and are creative enough to think up their own plots, premises, etc. If you like role-playing and Harry Potter, then give us a try! We'd love to see new members!

If you have the drive and the ability to craft good Potteresque stories and can post often (3-4 times per week) to help move stories along PLEASE give us a look. We need student characters, preferably 6th and 7th years as well as adult characters who could be either Death Eaters or Order of the Phoenix members. If you are an absentee player, the game will move on without you. We appreciate notice if you won't be able to be online and honesty is truly golden.

There is no limit on the number of characters a player can have as long as the player can manage them all. This includes canons.

We allow all ratings up to R, but we do ask that such posts be clearly marked in the header and at the top of the post so that members can decide whether to read them. We ask also that such posts be made only when they are integral to the plot and never for sheer titillation only. Most posts are in the G-PG range. Slash is allowed.

Many canon characters are available, i.e. Rubeus Hagrid, Blaise Zabini, Arthur Weasley, Molly Weasley, Cho Chang, Pomona Sprout, Filius Flitwick, Dobby, Minerva McGonagall, Albus Dumbledore, Crabbe/Goyle, Professor Sinistra, Professor Vector, Kreacher, Nymphadora Tonks, Percy Weasley, Mad-Eye Moody, Poppy Pomfrey, etc.

A writing sample will be required for major canon characters. Bios for OCs must be approved before new players may post.

We'd especially like to see active adult characters, OCs included, who would be either members of the Order of the Phoenix, the Death Eaters or work for the Ministry in some capacity. OC students for all houses, especially Gryffindor, Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff are also very welcome. We could really use adult characters to be either Order members or Death Eaters. Narcissa Malfoy could use a close friend with whom she can hatch her plans.

WayCrossing is a multi-genre, original AND canon character, fantasy storytelling
group, made up of better-than-average writers, with good grammar skills, that
put-up with ZERO childish B.S.  How's that for a refreshing change? :)

Here in WayCrossing, we cover many, separate "Realms."  We tell Fantastic
Stories (usually naughty) with amazing characters:  From the untouched Jungle
Realm full of horny cannibals chasing after plump explorers, to the futuristic
Colony Realm with living space ships harboring pirate stowaways - there's

The world of Azzaria has been at war for centuries, all because of a mysterious
stone that was stolen by an Elf. Now things look set to change. The Imperial
Emperor has been trying to negotiate peace between the four Races for several
years, and now it seems that he has succeeded. As a result of the peace treaties
several betrothals have been agreed upon to try and unite the Races. Of course,
not everyone agrees with the decisions made by their rulers, including the
betrothed themselves.

Azzaria is in a time of great change. Whether it is for the better or the worst,

Grensvale, New Jersey is a strange city. Or at least...some people say. What had once been a small, east coast hunter's town turned into a bustling metropolis almost overnight; and is still expanding.

But it is a strange place, even some tourists say. Constantly whispering of a gothic flavor, the presence of Shadows Isle, a popular Halloween themed amusement park, always a constant influence upon the town. Goth punks, rockers and youth from all over the country flock to Grensvale to witness it all, the street fairs and themed clubs, the vampire freaks who paint their faces white and don fake fangs; and all the while the locals who had lived there for years grimace and groan in complaint at the odd crowd the city now draws in. All because of one, little theme park.

But all is not smoke and mirrors in the bustling city, just as not all is fake fangs, tattoos and piercings. There are many executives and business moguls who use Grensvale as a front now. It is expanding every day, it's Downtown district fit for any millionaire to getaway to. Not to mention the shady business dealings that go on under the residents' noses...

But it's not all this people think the city is strange for...Shadows Isle is nothing compared to the strange attacks in the woodlands and the bodies found dead, drained of blood. Are the cougars and bears of the east coast wilderness truly just out of control? Or is there something else lurking in the forest darkness?

What if those attractive businessmen were more than they seemed? Those limber street performers hiding secrets no one could guess?

What exactly is going on in Grensvale? The police should be able to handle the city's security but...it seems every day something new appears. Something odd, something unexplainable, something...

Absolutely insane.

Seattle, WA is a fine city. Bustling with an exciting nightlife, prestigious restaurants, a fine ocean view and lands lush and green with frequent rain.

At least…it used to be.

Something strange began stirring in the early hours of Monday morning, May 17th, 2010. Small incidents really, nothing worth noting. Not until that afternoon…not when riots broke out and people began getting scared.

By 6:00 PM the city was amuck with chaos, and similar reports were coming in from all over the country. The people fell into a panic, the police attempted to react but…it was all very strange. At first it was thought to be a virus, but, as it progressed…no one knew what it truly was. Only that it was now dangerous to be outside, that those it affected were…vicious and...hungry.

People attempted to flee, they took off in droves as the military secured their bases and issued a broadcast to seek safety behind their walls. A mass exodus ensued but…not many made it outside the perimeter of the city. By sunset it had become so dangerous…people dared not leave whatever hole they’d crawled into to hide, and some banded together in an attempt to escape.

This is the story of one such band of survivors. A small group of people, from all walks of life, who found themselves in the company of the others in an attempt to avoid the horrible fate which surely awaited them all if they were to separate and go it alone. 6 hours isn’t enough time to get to know anyone, but at this rate it seems like this is the only family they’ve got. Friends, mothers, fathers, husbands, wives, children…for all anyone knows, they’re all dead. And those things out there, those…creatures…they don’t seem to care what you are, they only care about how warm your flesh will taste.

Welcome to Hell on Earth, my friends, welcome to what might be your final hours.

Make peace with your gods, this...may be your last opportunity.
