The official Black Rock City-Department of Public Transportation...our moto is "serving the people of Black Rock City".......we are going to provide public transportation free of charge(barter or for special personae) for all who want to ride during schedualed times for various mutant vehicles.Draka the Dragon will be the flagship.many others to follow.....We will also be providing fire safety with "olde yella" the dpt fire truck that may be mutated into a water dragon or some other mutant vehicle......We are also going to provide first response rescue aid via a mutant ambulance.With the support of DPW we are going to provide support to all mutant vehichles who are willing to contribute time and effort to the DPT.
