We are a group of people who share a love of healthy living and friendship. Our main ideals are to build a community of all ages that wish to share their love of good friendship, good food, healthy lifestyles and skills and encourage the sustainability of the planet and sense of belonging. We are based on the upper North Shore of Sydney.

Our only condition upon entering the group is an ongoing interest and participation. This is purely so we don't have lots of people having access to our information (such as when we are home or not, phone numbers, addresses.) Keeping out spammers, etc.

Active participant means coming along at least 3-4 times a year to an event so we can get to know you.
