Esther...I'm not much help here, but I can tell you where Bokenäs and
Dragsmark are (i.e. the birthplaces of your first generation)...They are
both church parishes (or socken in Swedish) situated on a beautiful,
little, southwesterly pointed isthmus called Bokenäs (näs is isthmus in
Swedish)...Bokenäs is situated about midway between Uddevalla and
Lysekil (the Swedish "y" is a little hard pronounced but Lysekil sounds
similar to Lisa-shill)...Gullmarnsfjord is to the north and
Hafstensfjord and the Nordströmmar to the south...Legend has it that
Odin sent his two ravens, Hugin and Munin, from atop a high cliff on
Bokenäs called Hafstensklippan, to go out and seek news about the
outside world...Rickard A-son
