I see you have the name Ulf Dolling in your e-mail. Is this relative that
you are talking about. If it is, Ulf mother is my grandfather sister. Her
name was Ester, which I beleive who my mother was named after and I was
named after my mother. Ulf has helped me alot with my grandfather family.
I wrote once to the parish church for Bokenas many years ago, but no answer.
Is their a North and South Bokenas. I beleive my grandmother was born in
the North of Bokenas from what I found in the film. I can go back on her
family from a book of the frams I have. The films at the family history
Center end in the year that my grandmother was born. Maybe if I write to
the church again they can give me the dates they left the area. I beleive
some moved to Boras area. First I need to find which surname the family
used Andreassson or Gustafsson. I don't know why my grandmother used both
surnames. I know after she married my grandfather she went back to Sweden
and almost didn't get back in to the United States, because of using a
differnet surname the second time. Thank you for your help. I'll take a
look at the web sites you sent.
