"Åbo" är en ägare av en jordegendom. Kommer av ordet "Åborätt" = ärftlig
besittning, utan tidsbegränsning, till annans jord (huvudsakligen
kronojord), vanligen med rätt för "åbon" att friköpa fastigheten.
