What makes this group different from the other groups?

1) Posts do not need to be approved by the moderator so they appear to the group instantly.
2) You are not limited on the number of posts you can make in a day. (Be considerate, though.)
3) You can sell or give away your items on the same site. No need to jump from group to group.
4) Members won't be banned for expressing opinions, so no worries about online "politics" or sucking up to play here.

There are only three simple rules:

1) Spamming is NOT tolerated. No one cares about enlarging body parts or believes s/he can make $2,000 a week stuffing envelopes. To cut down on spammers, you must be approved to join this group. (Sorry, hated to do it.) If you spam after you've been approved, it's an immediate ban without notice.
2) Title your post so that people will know what you're offering/wanting and where you're located. Please use "For Sale," "For Free," "Wanted to Buy," "Wanted for Free," "Garage Sale," "Promised," or "Taken" in your subject lines for easy recognition. By following the example below, you'll get more responses from interested parties: "For Sale in Amherst: Sony 27" TV for $90"
3)Show one another respect. This is an absolute must! We all make mistakes and can get our feelings hurt. Take a deep breath, count to 10, and respond in a polite, professional manner. There is no need to flame, scream, or flip out on others. If this becomes a problem, then the guilty party will be warned. If it still continues, then s/he will have his/her posts moderated. If all else fails and as an unfortunate last resort, s/he will be banned.
