The Coaltion for Access to Training and Education (CATE) is made up of advocacy and memebrship based groups fighting for access to education and training opportunities including literacy training, basic education and higher education for New Yorkers on public assistance. This list is for individuals and groups that are interested in joining this fight and supporting legislation in the NYC Council that would provide access to education and training for people on welfare.
