due to health reasons my son and i need to move as soon as we possibly can get
out of this place. i am on ssi for bipolar, agoraphobia and i am also now have
fibromyalgia. my son keeps getting rashes we cant get rid of, and our doctor
says we need to move as soon as we can, since the land lord wont make the
changes needed for my son and i to remain healthy. our family includes two large
but very nice dogs. a cat and of course my sons father who work at first student
as a bus driver.  he will be using what he gets in taxes for any deposits and
such. we would also need a stove and fridge. we would want at least a two
bedroom. fenced yard would be nice. we are looking to rent or possible contract
for deed depending on terms. price range would be 350 to 400 a month. if you
know of a place or have a place please let me know. thank you in advance.

I am in need of a good home for my jack russell Luna. Im moving far away and
into an apt and cant take her with me. she UTD on all her shots. SHe would love
a fenced in yard to run in and a home that will give her lots of attention and
love.

the universe has thrown us a bit of a curve ball. we were going to buy the house
we are currently living in, until an inspector from the health dept came by and
wanted to know if the lead issues had been taken care of. since we moved here in
feb we didnt know about this.

so in the process of trying to find out if there was indeed lead, we had three
contractor tell us there were other issues as well. and unless we can convince
hercules to hold the house up for us it will be falling in around our ears. all
three said to gut it and start over which we cant do.

my bf is a part time bus driver in avon and i am on ssi. we have been in contact
with them rural devolution ppl as they were going to help us fix this place,
until they found out about the other issues. i should be getting an application
from them today to see about a loan to purchase a house. but it would need to
pass their inspection, and be in a rural area.

what we are looking for is a 2 bedroom (or more) house. in really good
condition. would like a fence but can be flexible on that. if it is a two story
house i would need at least one bedroom on the main floor as i cant climb stairs
too well. also laundry room on main floor. would love to have central air but
again if i can get window until then will be ok with that. updated wiring, roof,
windows, furnace and water heater. and since we always seem  to have issues with
transportation, would like it to be with in 10 to 15 miles from avon. country
would be ok just so long as bf can ride bike to work in event car isnt working.

i am not sure how long it will take to get approved for the loan or how much
yet. considering the circumstances it might be rather quick. so if you have a
house, know someone who does please let me know. luckily for us rd is very picky
about the house we will purchase and will inspect it before allowing us to buy
it. so we dont get taken in again by yet another slum lord. thanks in advance.

sif is an aussie mix puppy. she is six months old. loves kids, loves playing
with others, all she needs is a home with people who will love her and spoil
her. she will need shots. but she is free. the ONLY reason we are wanting to
find her another home is because our oldest female is preggers for the first
time (and last) and she is snapping at sif and we are afraid since banshee is
considerably bigger (part mastiff) she could do major damage to sif without
