* Share community resources, including "freebies."

* Have a son or daughter visiting over holidays, and needs a ride back to college? See if anyone else is going that way.

* Barter for goods or services.

* Ask for info. If you have a "How do I?" or a "Where can I find?" question, this is the place to seek answers from helpful fellow members.

* Trade or give away coupons.

* Ask for help. Members can offer you great advice here on all sorts of subjects. All you have to do is ask.

* Offer Services. Want to volunteer your services for a needy cause or a worthwhile fellow member? This is the place! Nonprofits can also seek volunteer help here.

* Borrow or loan. Need a weedwhacker for a day? Willing to loan your tall ladder?

* Nothing for sale or rent. Promoting businesses is not allowed on Freecycle and companion sites.
