A love of cake decorating and a wish to learn are all you need to become a member of the CSMCA Group.
*This Group exists to instruct all who feel they want to be the best they can be in the practice of Sugar Art in the happiest and easiest way.*
Members consist of beginners right through to multi award winning artists.

Here is a small sample of member information:
• The Traditions taught are mostly Australian, US and British.
• Cake sculpting aka “Novelty” cake decorating or “3D decorating”: Is that a cake?!
• Modelling in sugar: - making decorations, figures, lifelike flowers and foliage.
Cake Art is: - the ability to design using your unique creativity turning ideas into reality,
o the skill of painting on a cake surface or a decoration,
o using a range of skills that causes jaw dropping amazement in those who see your cake.

Some of the available information includes:
• Book reviews,
• reviews of tools/aids in sugar art,
• building a business,
• baking scratch and mix cakes including reliable recipes,
• worldwide names, weights and measures
• Personal support, training and advice available for every member for their projects or competition.
