CalArtNews is a resource through which artists and art groups can share information about arts-related activity in the region, individual subscriber news, and for arts-related discussions. The group was established in April, 2001. Please follow these list rules: no personal attacks; sign your name to all postings; no attached files; no advertising of anything that is NOT an art-related product, service, or workshop offered by the posting member; no jpegs, photos, or other graphics; no chain letters; when quoting another message in your post please snip and include the relevant parts only. Please try and put a word in your message title that will help readers and the list moderator easily categorize your message, such as "paint out" or "workshop."

When you have information to share with other CAN subscribers simply send a regular e-mail message to CalArtNews@yahoogroups.com, or reply (remembering to change the subject line and to snip the "autoquote") to any digest or message and all subscribers will get your post.
