I will be in San Miguel about December 15th, and would like to see some possible
rentals in the last two weeks of December. I am trying to find a year to year
rental, but would like to start in January with a month to month for about 3
months so I will have time to look around. Of course if the place I rent during
that time month to month is the best place for me, I will want to continue
there.
I am looking for a one or two bedroom, one or two baths, either in or close to
Centro or Guadiana, with a nice kitchen and place to entertain a few guests for
dinner, and an entertainment/living area.
A fairly small place that has these amenities in some configuration would be
ideal. My price range is from $750 to $900 for the three months or so, and about
$750-$850 for the year to year. I am semi-retired, have many local references,
and have rented there 3 times in the past 3 years.

I have many spaces for cars to be parked inside the property. Both in a patio
area in the back and areas in the front yard as well.

I have a space in my backyard with posts just waiting to have an electric fence
installed for horses and burros. All my neighbors have donkeys and they tie them
up and move them around their property. I'm surrounded by every farm animal you
can imagine.

I also feel safer out here than I did in town. I have often parked my car
outside my fenced in area knowing that my neighbors are looking out for me.

I am looking for 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms within walking distance of the centro for the month of May.  I will be staying all month with friends coming in from the states.  I would like a beautiful garden and view. I would prefer a private area and would need a full time maid.  If you don't have a maid, I can find one.
