This is a newsgroup concerning the famous English for Free Project in Zagreb starting summer 2001.
It is a social project to develop a centre for learning English and developing useful skills for the people of Zagreb. I hope that this newsgroup will enable the Project to become more integrated in that the students can keep in touch with everyone very easily. Also, I hope that this group enables the Project to become better publicised and grow. Furthermore, I hope that this newsgroup will be a place for free-speech concerning the operation of the project and a way of ensuring public accountability.
