You should receive an automated letter asking for a application immediately after applying. Please email the above address if you don't receive this letter.

Pets ARE allowed for posting. Also services offered ARE allowed as well, but only 1 rep per company is allowed please, this is still a Yard Sale site and not a place for more than 1 rep to go toe to toe undercutting each other. Please respect my 1 rep per company rule. Please note, Daycare ads are NOT allowed.

What else is NOT allowed:

*If you do NOT live in or around Fayetteville, NC, do NOT apply. We will not help you sell your stuff here by avoiding eBay fees. We are a LOCAL Yard Sale group.

*Dating offers and personal ads for romance. Please, if you MUST look at a yardsale site to post your dating want-ads, you aren't going to get any takers, cuz that's just gross.

*Spam - just don't.

*Don't use this site to advertise for other Yard Sale websites. That is just tacky.

*Guns, firearms. Cuz yeah, its against the law.

*Alcohol, wine, beer, etc. Again, cuz it's against the law.
