Examining devolution and the idea of an Independent Scotland, as well as millennia of the history defining the Scots and the options in support of the democratic will and voice of Scotland residents. Inviting diaspora descendants as well as native born Scots to discuss related issues, and exchange ideas and feelings toward better understanding. Five a day per person posting maximum, enforced rules and tightly moderated. Animated discussion, irony and disrespect for conventions revered by some and despised by others should be expected in some historical and political arenas. Even so, outside agendas, off topic argument, abuse of intended scope, crude language, behaviour beyond a reasonable discussion standard: will not be tolerated, and violators will be warned once, then promptly banned.
