1 . Members of the Grande Vista Owners Forum on Yahoo state that they are current owners at Marriott's Grande Vista at Orlando, Florida and agree that if they sell such ownership at said resort they will remove their membership from the Grande Vista Owners Forum.

2 . Members of the Grande Vista Owners Forum agree not to allow non-owners of Marriott's Grande Vista access to this forum or any of the email addresses of this forum for any purpose.

3 . Members of the Grande Vista Owners Forum agree that this forum is to be used only for communicating with owners of Marriott's Grande Vista to be helpful with vacations concerning such ownership and for giving helpful suggestions for the day-to-day business of said resort.

4 . Ads for rentals and sales are to be confined to the Database folders created for that specific purpose.

5 . To limit chatter on the Message Board, posts should be of interest to the whole group. Polls can be created to deal with HOA issues by emailing a forum moderator.

6 . Members of the Grande Vista Owners Forum on Yahoo understand this is a private effort and not endorsed by Marriott's Grande Vista Management, its Board or MVCI.
