Gay Fathers Association of Seattle (GFAS) provides a safe forum and supportive environment for gay or bisexual men who are or want to be fathers, or who have been or are currently married.
In a support group setting, we meet to assist each other as we work through such issues as:

• parenting
• coming out
• relationships with wives or partners, children, families, friends and lovers

Hundreds of GFAS fathers have come to the realization that they are, in fact, not alone and that there are many other fathers that share their journey as each man struggles to become his authentic self.

In addition to weekly meetings, organized social events provide GFAS members and friends opportunities to enjoy the company of each other, and promote networking in the larger community.

GFAS also sponsors this Yahoo message board and a website where there’s never an answer too far from a question.
