This group is a spin off of our local Geelong Recycling Group, allowing people within the Geelong region to talk through relevant issues and ask questions. This list has no relationships to Freecycle. This email list may be used for:

• finding a particular service on offer in the region
• swapping advice on where to find the best coffee
• letting people know about local issues (without getting heated!)
• helping people figure out mobile phone issues in the area
• etc, etc.

This is not an email list for:

• spam
• selling/swapping stuff
• inappropriate activity

Yes this list is moderated, and inappropriate emails may lead to the immediate removal of the offending list member. So, let's focus on being friendly and building our community to being a safer and more helpful place. Please, do not pass out personal information through the list, and practice safe email techniques.
