This project was created in response to many requests for documentation around great, sensitive , fair, and
down to corrupt attorneys.

* Tabulate ratings
* Maintain an ongoing updated database of rated civil rights attorneys (whether charging for services or working on a contingency basis) that can be obtained by emailing iolmisha@cs.com
