It has been noted that our Sikh Leaders are chosen if they have money, good
business background and already in some sort of power. These leaders after
reaching at high stage become full of Ego and do not pose a proper picture
of Sikhism for General Sangat.
Is it not possible that our Sangat chose as their leaders only learned
people, with a clean record and regardless of financial background?

Dehi – pure from inside with all the divine qualities, complete surrender as
we have said in the beginning, and when the Naam will blossom all the Sat
Sarovar and you will go on auto pilot mode of Naam simran, then the Naam
will go in Rom Rom and you will go in Sahaj Smaadhi then you will stay alert
and awake inside your soul and nothing can distract you, you will reach
Puran Braham Gyan Stage by getting the Tatt Gyan, then you will see the
difference yourself inside your ownself.

As you continue on this path, and as you make more and more progress by
following and living according to Gurbani, and Simran is the most important
ingredient, and you become more and more Sachyara, your Atmik Awastha will
keep on moving upwards through the Five Khands.

In Sach Khand you reach Chad Di Kala  - this is a very high stage of
spirituality, it is the completeness stage, it comes only after reaching the
Atal Awastha, means when the soul is always in the Nirlep Awastha, means
can’t be distracted or deviated due to any happening around you, doesn’t
bring any doubts and bharams in side you concerning the Gur, Guru and
Gurbani, it is the highest stage of bandgi, it is the Puran Braham Gyan
Stage, Param Padvi Stage, the Sach Khand Stage, when nothing can break you
up from the Gur, Guru and Gurbani, when you have completely won over the
maya.

The soul becomes a single vision, no worldly sukh or dukh can effect it, no
animosity with anybody, no effect of ustat or nindya, always absorbed in
Almighty, always doing good to others, no harming or hurting of anybody, win
over panj doots, desires and maya.

*This state of Chad Di Kala comes through Naam.  In Gurbani this is what the
Satguru’s prayed to God if it is in God’s Will, that Naam Chad di kala be
given to EVERYONE IN THE WHOLE WORLD FOR THEIR UPLIFMENT.  ‘Nanak Naam Chad
di kala. Teray Bhanay Sarbatt Da Bhalla.”   When you are this state you also
help others to reach it too.  That is a SANT reason for being in this world.

I never understood this craze about getting personalised number plates. Saw
a pogram about why people collect status symbols. Because when they grew up
they felt unpopular/unliked/unloved for whatever reason. But wanted all
those things from other people. So they see that big houses, flash cars,
pretty girls , gold chains, personalised number plates etc are respected by
society. So they crave those things so that they will also be respected due
to their association with those objects. Its a pretty shallow existance. You
have to look inside deeper and find love within yourself, love Truth within
yourself. Find that inner stability, that a thief cant steal, that water
cant drown, that fire cant burn. What happens to your life when those status
symbols get damaged, stolen, or your wife leaves, or you lose respect? Then
your whole world crumbles and your mind goes down with it. That's why it is
called as false. So meditate on the Truth - Sat Naam. God Bless You.

We just received an email about Doomsay 2012-DEc-21.  Just ignore anyone who
tries to tell you the future, we have seen it so many times in the past and
they are all wrong.

It's just a way to put fear into people and then to control them in some
way.  Eg Jehova's Witness organisation
is always talking about the end of the world - nuclear bombs etc.  They even
gave dates for the end of the world being 100 years ago, but its come and
gone.  Before the year 2000 there were so many emails like this.  In the
mid-1990s some so called Sant in India was predicting the end of the world
by 1998 and his videos were being distributed in the Southall
Gurdwaras. However, people who do actually know the future sometimes always
say not to tell about it , because whatever is supposed to happen will
happen as God wills and we are to accept His HUKAM, not to try and change
it.

This is what Baba ji said when I mentioned to him someone in the sangat says
he is always seeing dreams of the future death and destruction and he
doesn't know what he is supposed to be doing to stop it.  Baba Ji replied,
"If you dream of future disasters and doom and gloom, then worry about all
that death and destruction, then I say to you "Dont worry about tomorrows."
Remember the soul never dies. So dont give those dreams the power to take
your peace.  Remember death is not bad, death is honour.  Destruction is not
bad, it is part of the life cycle."

So even if death and destruction is coming, dont lose sleep over it, dont
lose the peace in your present moment, just accept even death and
destruction is part of God's play.

Guru Gobind Singh Ji wrote "I will not remain silent in fear of mortals."
When we see fantacism within our own sikh society, we may find it easier to
remain silent
or not say anything as we see our self as "peace loving" and dont want to
get involved in problems.
However, history shows us what happens if we dont nip fanaticism in the bud.
There are fanatical young Sikhs who became that way due to their prejudices
against
other religions eg muslims, and also their pride of their own religion.  On
top of which
they are taught Sikhs are being persecuted and are victims of various
goverments and
anti-sikh organisations.   Baba ji spoke aout against all of this fanaticism
and was himself attacked
by a mob of 500 fantatical Sikhs led by "Punj Pyare" from the Gurdwara.
Baba ji said that
every Saint has to first clean up the religion he was born into eg Jesus and
Judaism,
Guru Nanak and Hinduism, Baba ji and Sikhsim.

Read the following and learn how vitally important it is not to stay silent
in fear of fantatics in our own society.

His references to past history are accurate and clear. Not long, easy to
understand, and well worth the read.
The author of this email is said to be Dr. Emanuel Tanya, a well-known
and well-respected psychiatrist.

A German's View on Islam.
A man, whose family was German aristocracy prior to World War II, owned a
number of large industries and estates. When asked how many German people
were true Nazis, the answer he gave can guide our attitude
toward fanaticism.
'Very few people were true Nazis,' he said,'but many enjoyed the return of
German pride, and many more were too busy to care. I was one of those who
just thought the Nazis were a bunch of fools.
So, the majority just sat back and let it all happen. Then, before we knew
it, they owned us, and we had lost control, and the end of the world had
come.
My family lost everything. I ended up in a concentration camp and the Allies
destroyed my factories.' We are told again and again by 'experts' and
'talking heads' that Islam is the religion of peace and that the
vast majority of Muslims just want to live in peace.
Although this unqualified assertion may be true,it is entirely irrelevant.
It is meaningless fluff, meant to make us feel better, and meant to somehow
diminish the specter of fanatics rampaging across the globe in the name of
Islam.
The fact is that the fanatics rule Islam at this moment in history. It is
the fanatics who march.It is the fanatics who wage any one of 50 shooting
wars worldwide. It is the fanatics who systematically slaughter Christian or
tribal groups throughout Africa and are gradually taking over the entire
continent in an Islamic wave.
It is the fanatics who bomb, behead, murder, or honor-kill. It is the
fanatics who take over mosque after mosque. It is the fanatics who zealously
spread the stoning and hanging of rape victims and homosexuals.
It is the fanatics who teach their young to kill and to become
suicide bombers. The hard, quantifiable fact is that the peaceful majority,
the 'silent majority,' is cowed and extraneous.
Communist Russia was comprised of Russians who just wanted to live in peace,
yet the Russian Communists were responsible for the murder of about 20
million people.
The peaceful majority were irrelevant. China 's huge population was peaceful
as well, but Chinese Communists managed to kill a staggering 70 million
people.
The average Japanese individual prior to World War II was not a warmongering
sadist. Yet, Japan murdered and slaughtered its way across South East Asia
in an orgy of killing that included the systematic murder of 12 million
Chinese civilians; most killed by sword,shovel, and bayonet.
And who can forget Rwanda , which collapsed into butchery. Could it not be
said that the majority of Rwandans were 'peace loving'?
  History lessons are often incredibly simple and blunt, yet for all our
powers of reason, we often miss the most basic and uncomplicated of points:

Peace-loving Muslims have been made irrelevant
by their silence. Peace-loving  Muslims will become our enemy if they don't
speak up,because like my friend from Germany, they will awaken one day and
find that the fanatics own them, and the end of their world will
have begun.
Peace-loving Germans, Japanese, Chinese, Russians, Rwandans, Serbs,Afghans,
Iraqis, Palestinians, Somalis, Nigerians,Algerians, and many others have
died because the peaceful majority did not speak up until it was too late.
As for us who watch it all unfold, we must pay attention to the only group
that counts--the fanatics who threaten our way of life.
Lastly, anyone who doubts that the issue is serious and just deletes this
email without sending it on, is contributing to the passiveness that allows
the problems to expand.
So, extend yourself a bit and send this on and on and on!
Let us hope that thousands, world-wide, read this and think about it, and
send it on - before it's too late.

friend. i have one personal problem. my brother is working with some muslim
people. muslim people are forcing him to convert in muslim and he is
agreeing. he is following all the stuff as muslim follows. he is going for
rozza and namaz just like muslim. he was great believer of guru nanak dev
ji, but now he says that shri guru granth sahib ji is not a holy book. its

that if that is the destiny of your brother then no matter what happens his
destiny will prevail. Howeer, these people will not be able to foce him to
adopt their so called man made religion. Sikh, Hindu, Christian, Muslim etc
are human made religions.  There is no truth in these religions.  The true
meaning of religion means union with God, and that is what we are
preaching.  For us these man made religions have no meaning.  There is no
spiritual importance of all these man made religions.  There is only one
race and that is human race, and the objective of human life is union with
God, and that is what is meant by the world religion. The only thing you can
do is focus yourself on Satnaam Simran and keep on praying for your brother.
When you dedicate yourself to Satnaam Simran then God will hear your prayers
and things will fall in the right perspective for you.

following applies:


The average child receives 432 negative comments per day versus 32 positive
ones.

The average child in America receives only 12.5 minutes per day in
communications with their parents/caretakers.

Of that time 8.5 minutes are spent correcting, criticizing or arguing,
leaving a whopping 4 minutes per day for the instruction of values, morals,
ethics, attitude and self esteem.

You were once this child.

You also lived a life of abuse, so where do you stand?

So we (all souls) that were God (the Supreme Soul), we are all spiritual
beings that fell from grace, down on to Earth into matter (into a body).
God (our soul) is trying to find Himself.  He created his ownself.  He wants
to know, “Who am I?”


Only the Bhagati path (path of loving devotional worship on Naam) can tell
Him who He is.  He Himself does not know.  God says, “I don't exist.  If you
meditate, then I exist.  But, if you don’t meditate, then I don’t know who I
am.”

He created this Universe to self-realise. That’s why we have to sit in
meditation, like He was in meditation, and go back home.  That’s why
meditation is important and needed.  So as an overview :

In the beginning God was in deep meditation (sunn smadhi).  He broke that
first Smadhi.  There was creation.  We (spiritual beings – soul drops) are
playing in this Creation, in this 8.4 million species life cycle.  We have
come into the last life form, the HUMAN.

How are you going to go back?  With open eyes?  No, you must develop a
Smadhi (deep meditation).  Only in Smadhi does the illusion break.  Then you
know the reality (Truth of our existance).  Now instead of slandering
everything around you now, you start appreciating.  By appreciating you sing
the glorious praises of the Lord.  Then you keep on going up and you go
back, thats all it is.

What are you doing in Smadhi? You are self realising in Smadhi.  All started
from God’s Smadhi.  God asked, “Who am I?”

So how are you going to achieve this?  To go back home what do you have to
do?  Say, “I am nothing.” What are you going to do?  You are going to burn
the image of our own body.  Haumai (your ego) will die.  Purity will start
coming, maya will disappear and “Tat gyan” (divine wisdom received through
intuition) will come.

Start earning it (put that divine wisdom into practise) and you start
becoming purer.  Lose the self, realise God.  They will call you “Sat Ram
Das” (Servant of the God of Truth) and start calling you Akal Purakh
(Immortal Being) who has come to ferry souls back home.

In terms of a layman *AJAPA JAAP* is the spiritual condition of a person
when the Simran goes on an auto pilot mode in your Surat and then in Hirdey
and so on as explained below. It means that Simran becomes a round the clock
thing inside you, Simran doesn't stop at any moment, it carries on and such
a condition comes with Gurkirpa and after a lot of Bhagti Kamai or can also
be attained with the Kirpa of a Puran Braham Gyani.  The normal sequence is
as follows:



1. Jaap with Tounge – Rasna – this happens in Dharam Khand



2. Jaap with the breathing – with Swaas – this happens in Gyan Khand and
Saram Khand



3. Then Naam goes into your mind – Surat, in your thinking, then it becomes
Simran from Jaap – this is a very good stage – this happens in Saram Khand
and Karam Khand – some people go into Smadhi at this stage.



4. The next stage is when Simran goes into Hirdey – this one is even much
higher stage when Naam goes into Hirdey – this is where it goes on an
automatic mode, this is where the real bhagti starts, one goes into Smadhi
and Sun Smadhi– Karam Khand  - this is when you go into Smadhi and the real
bhagti starts, your bhagti account is opened in the Dargah.



5. The next stage is when Simran travels to the Nabhi, when Nabhi Kamal
blossoms – Karam Khand



6. The next Stage is when Simran goes into Kundalini – Mooladhaar Chakkar
and spine – Karam Khand



7. The next stage is when Simran travels through the spine to the brain, and
back to Surat where it completes the cycle. This is what the real Mala of
Naam is.  When this happens then the Gyan Netter and Dassam Duaar opens and
you form a permanent connection with Akal Purakh, you start to get divine
knowledge – Braham Gyan. This happens in Sach Khand.  Enjoyment – Anand in
Smadhi and Sun Smadhi is beyond description. That is why the Maha Purakhs go
into very deep meditation some time for days together. You experience a lot
of things during your Smadhi and Sun Smadhi, see a lot of things, meet a lot
of Sants, Gurus, see Param Jyot, conversation with the Sants and Akal Purakh
and what not, it is beyond description what happens and through what you go
when you go into deep meditation. This is the stage when all the doors –
Bajjar Kapaat are opened and there is a continuous flow of Amrit, body is
always full of Amrit.



8. The Simran in Smadhi and Sunn Smadhi continues until NIRGUN AND SARGUN
becomes one, at this point Simran goes into rom-rom – every bit of your body
does Naam Simran, your Suksham Dehi becomes as pure as gold, your entire
body is filled with Naam Amrit all the time. You become Braham Leen, and
reach Atal Awastha.  These stages are beyond description. Sat Chit Anand
Ghar Hamare – Gurmukh Rom Rom Har Dhyae – Nirgun Sargun Nirankaar Sun Smadhi
Aap, Apan Kia Nanka Apan Hi Fir Jaap and so on.  One lives in Puran Parkash
all the time and listens to Ilahi Kirtan – Anhad Naad Dhunis all the time.
It is just incredible experience. This is when one becomes Sat Ram Dass and
is directed by the Almighty to serve the Sangat. And this is what your
target should be when you have been prompted to move on the Bhagti Marg.

seeing his mother before he died.   In life, he had amassed the wealth of
half the world, but in sickness he became powerless.  He announced that if
somebody could give him some more time to live he would give his entire
kingdom to them.  But, there was nothing that could change the Hukam for
him.  He died broken and unfulfilled without reaching his mother. "

There is very instructive incident involving the life of Alexander, the
great Greek king. Alexander, after conquering many kingdoms, was returning
home. On the way, he fell ill and it took him to his death bed.

With death staring him in his face, Alexander realized how his conquests,
his great army, his sharp sword and all his wealth were of no consequence.
He now longed to reach home to see his mother's face and bid her his last
adieu.

But, he had to accept the fact that his sinking health would not permit
him to reach his distant homeland. So, the mighty conqueror lay prostrate
and pale, helplessly waiting to breathe his last.

He called his generals and said, "I will depart from this world soon, I
have three wishes, please carry them out without fail." With tears flowing
down their cheeks, the generals agreed to abide by their king's last
wishes.

"My first desire is that," said Alexander, "My physicians alone must carry
my coffin."

After a pause, he continued, "Secondly, I desire that when my coffin is
being carried to the grave, the path leading to the graveyard be strewn
with gold, silver and precious stones which I have collected in my
treasury."

The king felt exhausted after saying this. He took a minute's rest and
continued. "My third and last wish is that both my hands be kept dangling
out of my coffin."

The people who had gathered there wondered at the king's strange wishes.
But no one dare bring the question to their lips.

Alexander's favorite general kissed his hand and pressed them to his
heart. "O king, we assure you that your wishes will all be fulfilled. But
tell us why do you make such strange wishes?"

At this Alexander took a deep breath and said: "I would like the world to
know of the three lessons I have just learnt.

I want my physicians to carry my coffin because people should realize that
no doctor can really cure any body. They are powerless and cannot save a
person from the clutches of death. So let not people take life for
granted. (Moral of the story - If we don't take care of our health, nobody
can)
The second wish of strewing gold, silver and other riches on the way to
the graveyard is to tell people that not even a fraction of gold will come
with me. I spent all my life earning riches but cannot take anything with
me. Let people realize that it is a sheer waste of time to chase wealth.
And about my third wish of having my hands dangling out of the coffin, I
wish people to know that I came empty handed into this world and empty
handed I go out of this world." With these words, the king closed his
eyes. Soon he let death conquer him and breathed his last. (We don't own
anything. Even our bodies are borrowed.)

Sat Naam

This is an inspiring article about a boy who teaches his fellow village

We remember Baba ji said to us once that even if we learn only one good
thing from coming to
Sangat, to share it with another.  And Baba ji also said that saints are
being born into the world
every day that is why we have children who are running charities and making
the changes that adults

Evolution takes everything further, including religion.  The saints have
said themselves that their path will also come to an end.  The followers put
cracks into the religion.  The saints have told us what the next religion is
and that is Naam, only Naam.
The faith on individual religious books will disappear.   Why will it
disappear?  Because miracles will start happening to ordinary people.  God
is going to slap the priest class. True Saint Soldiers and not the fake ones
of today, inside corrupt and looking good on the outisde, true Saint
soldiers will start giving the Naam.  The false  priest class will run
away.  All these committee groups you see will all diminish and come to an
end.

you reach Chad Di Kala  - this is a very high stage of spirituality, it is
the completeness stage, it comes only after reaching the Atal Awastha, means
when the soul is always in the Nirlep Awastha, means can’t be distracted or
deviated due to any happening around you, doesn’t bring any doubts and
bharams in side you concerning the Gur, Guru and Gurbani, it is the highest
stage of bandgi, it is the Puran Braham Gyan Stage, Param Padvi Stage, the
Sach Khand Stage, when nothing can break you up from the Gur, Guru and
Gurbani, when you have completely won over the maya. The soul becomes a
single vision, no worldly sukh or dukh can effect it, no animosity with
anybody, no effect of ustat or nindya, always absorbed in Almighty, always
doing good to others, no harming or hurting of anybody, win over panj doots,
desires and maya. *This state of Chad Di Kala comes through Naam.  In
Gurbani this is what the Satguru’s prayed to God if it is in God’s Will,
that Naam Chad di kala be given to EVERYONE IN THE WHOLE WORLD FOR THEIR
UPLIFMENT.  ‘Nanak Naam Chad di kala. Teray Bhanay Sarbatt Da Bhalla.”
When you are this state you also help others to reach it too.  That is a
SANT’s reason for being in this world.*

Meet the Guru that He gives you.  And he will declare it, “I know you from
the past.”  That one is your Guru.  You (H) have come to me, because of give
and takes from the past.  Once you have met your Guru, then he will join you
(to God).  He will give you his heart.  Will bless your heart.  And he will
ignite the love for God in you.  One light will light another.  Then he will
explain the Bani, or the Quran of his path to you.  He will cut short the
path and tell you that shortcut and you will reap the rewards.
Then what are you going to do?   You will sit in meditation.  And what are
you trying to listen to?  You are trying to listen to the God sitting in
Dargah (God’s court that he placed inside you inside this Creation).  You
are trying to listen to that command that comes (from God’s court) to you as
intuitive power.  And then do what this intuitive power sense tells you to
do.   This is “Dargah Parvaan” (then you are accepted into God’s court).
And you’re going back home.

should repeat this Ardaas; this Ardaas did wonders for us, Now R Ji has also
been blessed with this Ardaas and she has done great.  We have told this
Ardaas to each and every one but people forget and don’t do it, but
whosoever does it becomes Dhan Dhan.

H : The Naam, “SatNaam” given by you Baba Ji is not a fraud.  When we
actually sit and practice it we realise that it’s got its own powers.  It
pulls us closer and closer to God inside and everything around us becomes
better.

Baba Ji : You can preach to anyone, its upto them to believe or not.


GS : I used to pray a lot for years, asking God for Naam.  I did not know
much about religion, but as a child I had been told you get Naam from a
Sant.  So that’s what I prayed for, for Naam from a Sant.  I then had Baba
Ji’s darshan in a dream.  But I didn’t know who or where Baba Ji was.
Overtime, I forgot about those dreams.  One day I gave a friend a lift to
Baba Ji’s sangat.  When I went in and I recognised Baba ji as the one God
showed me in my dreams.

·         please keep me always at the Charans of Kot Brahamand,
·         Please give me Naam, Bandgi and Seva.

Until you are switched to Naam Simran automatically always perform these
prayers before starting naam simran whether it is in the evening, bed time
or at the Amritvela.  By doing these prayers you will be rewarded
tremendously.

At bed time perform this Ardas and then switch to Naam Simran and you will
go to a good sound sleep as well as you will wake up at the right time. Keep
in mind the best thing to do is to wake up at the first opening of the eye
in the early morning hours.


The Amrit Vela starts after 12:00 am, when you wake up take a shower,
preferably with a hair wash as well, then go to Ardas and Naam Simran.

The Amritvela Seva is the best Seva.  The rewards are:

·         1:00 am to 2:00 am Naam Simran brings as much reward as much you
will not get by giving to charity 40 KG of diamonds;

·         the next hour will be as much reward as much by donating 40 KG of
Gold,

·         then next hour is silver

·         and then copper and so on.



When in Smadhee one hour Naam Simran brings more reward than a full Akhand
Path of Gurbani.

The first two hours of Naam Simran are counted on earth and the third,
fourth, fifth hours are counted in Dargah.  The rewards of sitting in
Smadhee & Sunn Smadhee for long hours can’t be calculated or evaluated, they
are beyond description, and this is the real Bandgi which takes you to the
Sach Khand.

Please take some time to understand the first Astpadi of Sukhmani

you will completely understand the importance and benefits of SIMRAN. This
is of utmost importance if you want to learn why GURUS, SANTS, AND BRAHAM
GYANIS have concentrated on SIMRAN.



This is the only one way to JEEVAN MUKTI, PARAM PADVI and BRAHAM GYAN.  All
other ways will take you to midway somewhere and leave you there, and from
that on wards you will have to pick up NAAM for further spiritual
achievements.



This PROVES that the highest level of worshipping or Bhagti is SIMRAN.  Only
SIMRAN can help you conquer over your PANJ DOOT AND YOUR MIND. All the other
acts of worshipping such as reading and listening Gurbani, listening and
singing kirtan are a lower levels of Bhagti.



The next step is to learn how to do SIMRAN:



The best time to do Simran is amritvela (between midnight and 06:00).
Start as early as 1:00 am, this is the premium time to start SIMRAN, your
rewards will be just incredible, your concentration will be super, your
rewards will equal to donating 40 kg of diamonds if you meditate from 1:00
am to 2:00 am, 40 kg of gold for the next hour then silver and copper and so
on.



So get up around 12:30 am (this is what this sevak of yours have done) or as
early as you can, take a shower, preferably wash your hair as well, keep
them wet – this will help you to keep you awake – however they will dry out
anyway, cover your head, and sit down in a quite corner of your house, your
bed room is fine, try to use the same spot for meditation every day.



Now you don't have to sit on floor if your can't for a longer time, it can
be just a SUKH ASSAN, comfortable for your body, no feeling of any pains or
aches.  You can sit on a comfortable, chair or sofa, if you can't sit for a
long time like in case of some old people they can do it laying on the bed
too, there is no hard and fast rule as to how you should sit.  You should
have a comfortable posture so that you can concentrate on SIMRAN.



Keep the lights turned off.  After you sit down, with folded hands do the
following ARDAAS:



*Tere dar da eh kookar done hath jod ke ardaas jodhri benti karda hai.
THIS DOG OF YOUR COURT IS DOING ARDAS WITH PRESSED HANDS LORD.*

* *

*Aasi beant paapi haan pakhandi haan kaami krodhi lobhi mohi te ahankari
haan.
I AM AN ENDLESS SINNER, A HYPOCRITE, LUSTFUL, ANGRY, GREEDY, ATTACHED AND

*Kirpa kar ke sadhe gunah baksh de.

So you should be doing SIMRAN in your mind at the least.  The way it works
is as follows:



1.        Jaap with your tounge-RASNA will make your RASNA pious – PAVITTER.



2.        Jaap along the breath will make your breath and breathing track
pious.



3.        SIMRAN in your MIND will make your MIND pious.



4.        SIMRAN in HIRDEY will make your HIRDEY pious.



You would like to make your MIND pious, at the least, to have a control over
the mind, and if your SIMRAN STARTS IN YOUR MIND then you are very lucky.
We have already talked about controlling of the mind in one of the previous
messages.



We sincerely hope that all the members are doing SIMRAN for 2.5 hrs every
morning, if not, then they should do it.  Infact longer time is very
beneficial, if you do SIMRAN continuously for two hrs you will be counted
doing it on the earth, once you go into deep meditation – SMADHI IN KARAM
KHAND, the third hour onward will be counted in DARGAH, and you will have a
lot of unbelievable experiences.  You will see a lot of ALOKIK NAZARE.  The
GURUS will come to bless you and so on.



Please accept these words as seva from this humble servant of yours.  Please
forgive this chakkar of yours for any mis representations.  Thanks to every

The earthquake which struck Sumatra , Indonesia at 17:16 on the 30th
Sept measured 7.6  on the Richter scale.  .

  Priyadi Kardono, spokesman for the national disaster agency, also said that
about 500 houses had collapsed and  1000s  of people were buried, according
to officials in the area.

The 7.6 magnitude quake hit Padang, West Sumatra, on Wednesday afternoon.
Initially thousands of people were believed trapped under collapsed houses
and other buildings, but with communications lines down, officials have not
been able to get details of casualties

Welfare Minister Aburizal Bakrie said authorities should prepare for the
worst. The damage could be on a par with that caused by a 2006 quake in the
central Java city of Yogyakarta that killed 5,000 people and damaged 150,000
homes, he said.

Padang, capital of Indonesia's West Sumatra province, sits on one of the
world's most active fault lines along the "Ring of Fire" where the
Indo-Australia plate grinds against the Eurasia plate to create regular
tremors and sometimes quakes.
