This group is dedicated to genealogy researching Highland County, OH. If you are looking for ancestors,research material, reference books, places or have a story to tell regarding your family in Highland County then this is the group to join.

This is a relaxed group so if you ask a question outside of Highland County no one will yell at you! However, SPAM, flaming, or general nastiness will not be tolerated and you will be removed.

The family trees on Ancestry show her as Mary Louisa Couchat from Alsace-Lorraine, France B: 19 May 1831. My Louise Couchot was born 19 May 1830. Coincidence?
