This group is meant for all those who farm as a hobby ... from growing berries to pumpkins, perennials to annuals. It's for those who start plants from seed, and those who want to learn to start from seed. You can have 1/4 acre of land, or 10 acres of land ... this is not for the large commercial farmer, but for the smaller farmer. Do you have a roadside stand? Do you sell one item from your hobby farm? Do you use any livestock to help you farm (guinea hens, ducks, weeder geese)? Do you have any special techniques that work for you that you'd like to share?
