We are looking for someone to watch our 9-month-old daughter for a few hours at
a time. Usually every other Wednesday from 11-2 or 3, as well as for weekly or
bi-weekly date nights. References requested.

So...we have had our nanny since before my son was born (nearly 3 years now)! 
She has certainly become a member of the family.  We are putting both of our
children in preschool full time in January, and sadly we have to let her go
because she needs full time hours.

She has been such a HUGE help in our lives.  She is so calm and just has a great
way with my kids, since my daughter was not even walking yet and when my son was
born.  She has great respect for my husband and me as their parents and she
follows directions exactly.  It was always important to me that whoever watches
my kids follow our routine, and she continues to do that...Additionally,
however, her instincts are spot on.

She is punctual, hard working, affectionate, playful, and the BEST nanny I could
have dreamed of.

She is from Columbia originally, and she has only lived her for the last 3.5
years (she moved here for her husband).  She is actively learning English and
communicates really well.  My husband doesn't speak a word of Spanish and they
have never had any issues communicating.  She also has become friendly with
another nanny in my neighborhood who does not speak any Spanish either, and they
communicate well on playdates, as well as she meets up with my neighbor/friend
when her nanny is not around and they go to the park together, too (doesn't
speak Spanish either)....

The bonus...both of my kids are completely fluent in spanish!  They understand
it perfectly and they speak really well, too!  It is a forever skill!  My almost
4 year old daughter was playing with her dolls this afternoon and I heard her
singing Happy Birthday in Spanish!  Priceless!

Jill is truly our best find since we moved to the US nearly a year ago!

Jill is just fantastic with our nearly 2 year old daughter. Jill cares for her
with so much love, and stimulates her so well through-out the day. She also
