At last contact, he said it was a pulled muscle that should hopefully heal up
soon.  As for his home issues, I'm not exactly clear on how much they're
interfering, but I'll check on him.

I just got word that our up-and-coming artist, Jake, threw out his back
yesterday O_o  He's currently in the hospital, but unfortunately his problems
don't end there, between that and issues at home.

Aww, looks like we missed each other again this year (though if it helps, Jodi
wasn't able to attend due to a car accident that ate his con funds.  He's fine,
but the deer he hit was DOA, and his car wasn't in much good shape, either). 
Jake and I got to go over a few things art-wise, though.  I'll be posting
another one of his experimental sketches soon.

Woo! My B-Day is in only 4 days(from June 24th)! I can't wait to hit 17, one
year closer to the year I'll be going to AC alone!(about 19 or 20) It's a shame

fandom) that I still have no image of my fursona, and I'm broke. (-_-) Oh well,

Well, i think "Wild" should go to Topaz, since that's kinda what she's like,
only not "feral" wild but rather "boy crazy" wild.

For Aquamarine, i would suggest something soft like "These Dreams" by Heart or
"Take My Breath Away" by Berlin.

For Ruby, i'd go for a country-pop tune, hopefully by Reba MacEntire, since
that's who i'd imagine her sounding like. (Other female country stars from that

Hello everyfur...I've got good new and bad news, of which I'll start
with the bad news.

     Bad News: My "Need for Speed Underground 2 JV Tribute" is a bust...I
had to sell the game due to me being a little short on cash, so I can no
longer make the video even if I did get a capture card, which I still
have yet to get...

Now for the good news

     Good News: I recently got an idea that I can start at any time that
is still a tribute to the JV girls...In fact, it's going to use one of
YouTube's newest features to make it a interactive "series" tribute...I
only have one snag...I need music to go into the video, so if anyone has
music that they think will be good, don't hesitate to tell me. Also,
I'll hide an easter egg in at least one of them...but the fun part is
it'll only last half a second so keep your eyes peeled...

Bravo!

Glad to hear some excitment about the possible return of the Jewel
Vixens. Admittingly I've never taken on a project of this magnitude.
Although I am considering to give it a try. Like a told Nick, "Jewel
Vixens is to good to die". I dont know how I can fit in the shoes of
Jodis past work but Im sure It wold be a rad experiance.

It will take some time while Nick and I go over more of the
spicifics. And there is a lot of them. Plus I have to bulk up on
supplies and planning for the project. Let alone work it through my
Pro Racing Schedule. But in the meantime I plan on making some
more "Teaser" art to wet your appetite.In fact tell me who I should
draw next!!

Oooh fun, do we have a semi-timeframe to the takeover so I can begin
prepping transferring over the main section of the new comic control
center?  The rest of the site still needs alot of work, but atleast

And yes, Jake's preparing to take on the role, though I may be picking
up the coloring duties since he admit it isn't one of his strong
points.  I can't promise anything elaborate, but I'm sure Jake's

mantle of new JV artist.  We did some conferring last night, and he's
completely dedicated to the comic, so there's hope at last!
It may take a while to get ourselves a number of comics ready so we
