The position:
The Product Managers will play critical roles in the success of the company and
will be key members of the management team. These individuals will be ultimately
responsible for building the Product Roadmap and Plan of Record and Market &
Product requirements and will be the strategic and tactical hub of the product. 
The Product managers will work closely with other functions such as product
marketing, marketing communications, engineering, and sales.  The focus of this
position will be addressing the cloud orchestration space with our Tidal
Enterprise Orchestration tool, all the integration points, and building a
partner ecosystem in the service catalog and Network Config and Change
management space.

Responsibilities:
•             Product Roadmap and Plan of Record, Market & Product requirements,
be the strategic and tactical hub of the product
•             Work closely with existing core product outbound and inbound
product management, supporting demos, prototyping, engineering build/QA, and
product launch
•             Messaging, positioning, both external and internal to support the
program and generate a business model.
•             Create and work with others to implement strategic marketing plans
to achieve product objectives in this space.
•             Oversee business development activities and identify and analyze
potential partner relationships, with the Director manage those relationships
and deliverables.
•             Plan and conduct market research to identify opportunities for
increased sales.
•             Work with the Executive team to develop ongoing orchestration
strategy and ensure that targets are met.
Requirements:
•             Strong exposure to IT operations, systems, application and network
control, automation and management software and services as well as
enterprise-level applications and system-management software.
•             5+ years of product management experience in a venture-backed or
public enterprise software company
•             Technical BA/BS degree; MBA with concentration in Marketing or
Business or preferred.
•             Excellent political acumen and ability to work in a complex
environment
•             Strong hands-on leader who can be actively involved in the design
and production of marketing programs while delegating work as necessary.
•             Direct experience in product management: research and analysis on
the market and competitive landscape, positioning, promotion, pricing and

Contractor will be expected to work under the guidance of a Client´s analyst
(designated as the project lead). Assist with performing the following tasks on
our AMI project:

- Defining application configuration requirements
- Providing guidance on IEE capabilities and best practices
- Configuration of IEE
- Testing of interfaces
- Planning an IEE 7.0 Upgrade
- Cross training SMUD support staff.
- Document functional requirements and solve system integration problems
- Write test plans, recommend operational enhancements and interact with Itron
for problem resolution and operational issues.

Skills –
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analysis skills, especially troubleshooting, and executing functional
and technical test plans required
- Experience with Itron Enterprise Edition V6, or V7 is highly desired
- Experience and/or knowledge of Technical Device and Connection Data, Device
Installation, Removal, and Replacement, Disconnections and Reconnections and
Meter Reading is highly desired
- Experience with XML/EDI is highly desired
- AMI implementation experience is highly desired
- At least 1 MDMS lifecycle implementation desired (business process blueprint,
