This role will report to the Manager, Technology. There will be a need for this
person to communicate with the CEO and the CEO’s advisors regarding reporting
requirements and reports analysis. It is estimated that there will be a need for
75 reports to be generated per quarter. This Reports Analyst will be expected to
know how to pull and build PeopleSoft Queries and move that data into an Excel
and/or Access format.

This person will need to take a list of proposed HR reports, modify existing
PeopleSoft queries and build new ones to extract the relevant data and build
reporting using Excel and possibly MS Access. Looking to build a sustainable
process to provide data to HR management. Thus, knowledge of PeopleSoft query,
strong Excel skills, and an ability to analyze and translate data into a
meaningful report is required. Candidate must be very comfortable with pulling
PeopleSoft reports and but also an expert with Excel. Candidate will need to be
able to take the data and be able to do analysis on the data and be able to
present the data analysis to the CEO and the executive team.

Looking for candidates that are highly intelligent but easy going and know how
to enjoy the work they do every day. They look for candidates that are quick
learners and that look for opportunities to take initiative when something needs
to be done or a recommendation needs to be made for improving a process.
Candidate will need to work independently and be able to work under ambiguity.
PMP certification and Business Objects Reporting experience is a plus.

scaling an IT integration platform to connect all Business Applications and
internal systems supported by the team;
Participate in all phases of software development/implementation life cycle
including functional analysis, development of technical requirements,
prototyping, coding, testing, deployment and support;

Requirements:
Need Force.com certified candidates;
Strong Experience with Force.com Platform;
Strong knowledge of Salesforce/Force.com API and toolkits for integration;
Advanced Object Oriented Design and Development skills;
Strong Apex and Visualforce Coding;
HTML5 / Javascript / Ajax;
Bachelor´s in Computer Science, any engineering field, or closely related field,
or foreign equivalent;
Strong experience with business process and workflow and translating them into
system requirements;
Experience with Service Cloud (ticketing), inventory management, or supply chain
nice to have;

Rate: $65 C2C (negotiable)

We are looking for a strong Senior Software Engineer in Web Development who can
help us transform the current our current Desktop client products to next
generation web front ends. This person will be an individual contributor who
will be reporting to the Software Development Manager. The Senior Software
Engineer is expected to work closely with development managers, engineering
managers, other senior engineers and QA team as part of the normal work. The
person should help us build an enterprise class, high performance, highly
scalable industry leading fleet tracking system.

Job Responsibilities:

•Working closely with engineering managers, senior engineers and product
managers, come up with the right architecture and design specifications for new
products and initiatives.
•Design and implement key technology parts and make them available to other
developers as framework or components.
•Prototype and recommend new technologies, approaches, and product features.
•Actively participate in release planning, do design reviews, code reviews and
follow the development process.
•Help develop coding practices, and standards.
•Work with geographically distributed development teams.
•Be proactive, opinionated and pragmatic, and yet a team player.

Qualifications:

•5+ years of software development experience in Web front end technologies –
HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, JSON
•Strong understanding of Usability/scalability/performance aspects
•Experience with web frameworks/libraries such as jQuery, YUI,  and ExtJS


Desired Skills:

•HTML5 + CSS3, and ASP.NET MVC
•2+ years of experience with UI & UX designs
•Experience with Visual Studio toolset & TFS
•Experience with Javascript unit testing
•Experience with Web applications development targeting tablet and phone form
factors.
•Exposure to SCRUM/Agile development process.
•Ability to appreciate and critique current designs, and work with other senior
level engineers

Education/ Experience:
•BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent and 8+ years of industry experience.
