Reclaim News is trying to verify the following report we received:

Apparently the faculty at St. Louis just voted to approve a letter of
understanding with the Word Alone Network (a pietistic, moderate group
within the ELCA) to serve as their "house of studies" (including women
wanting to become 'pastors'). They would apparently go through the side door
of the MAR program but end up serving as clergy in the ELCA. Kieschnick
apparently urged this policy/program.
