Discussion group for members of the Kirkwood Swim Club of San Jose, CA. Feel free to use this as a convenient way to send email to a sizable number of Kirkwood members, regarding any club-related matters. (But please don't use this list for commercial spamming!)

Although this group is intended to improve communications between club members, please note that email sent through this group does NOT constitute official club communications. (E.g., membership-meeting notices must still be sent by normal mail, although this is a good way to send "reminders" of such.)

Membership in this group will be rather loosely enforced. In addition to Kirkwood members, it is intended that a few other people may be allowed to participate in this group. (E.g., adult children of existing members might reasonably have worthwhile perspectives on issues discussed herein.) Please tell other club members about this group!

Lastly, please note that to reduce the risk of spreading computer viruses, this group has been configured to REMOVE any attachments distributed to the list. If you have an attachment that you would like to distribute to the entire group, please send it directly to the group owner, and I will take the necessary steps to send it to everyone.
