I am a firm believer in making lists for everything. So, of course, I have a menu plan/calendar/list on the fridge. Depends on what you want to call it. At any given time, you can look at it and pretty much determine whats for dinner. Ds will still ask though cuz he's picky & hopes that something will change. After 15 years you would think he'd know better! <eg>

Anyways, things are getting tight within the market where I work so my days are cut down to 4 a week ... and so is my paycheck. Now I get to go into my Phase II of being frugal ... which means MORE cooking at home from scratch. Most of the household is ok with it MOST of the time. They pretty much drew the line at the homemade ketchup. Hey, we ran out, no sales, no coupon, no way was I running out to buy just that! :)

So pull up your chair, and it's ok if you put your elbows on the counter/desk while you read :)
