I will be hosting a Third Ward Community Forum on Monday, February 24 at the
Newport Public Library at 6PM. City Manager Jim Smith will be in attendance
along with Community Police Officer Kevin Parsonage.
This is an opportunity for Third Ward residents to share their thoughts and
