I have a very simple question: What kind of town do you want to be?

I think the Council split the baby on this one. Some amplification
for some part of the year during some part of the day. It sounds
like you would like to resurrect the "cone of silence" and place it
over the 5th Ward. This does not make a bad human, just a tad
impractical.

I can understand wanting your neighborhood quiet. I can understand
not wanting strangers, we can use the word tourist all we want but
when they are in our yards or taking our parking spaces they are
strangers, inconveniencing you. I do not understand how you plan to
impose the kind of strict controls you seem to support without chaos
in another direction.

Can you help me?
