Absolutely, John.
You are in San Juan, I am in Boston ( I come all the way here to tutor math
over THE PHONE AND THE INTERNET, believe it or not, such is corporate whim.
Someone should tell Pearson Education we DO have phones and computers in
Aquidneck Island...).
I have become reluctant to open KN messages for a while. I was happy to see
it take a break over the summer. Too much negative spin!
Placing an emphasis on the positive is the best way to combat negative
aspects which of course exist anywhere.
Let me start:
My kids took the Sail Newport session this summer, and I can't begin to tell
you what a wonderful experience that was. We have a jewel of a sailing
school. If you want to see pictures, please go to:

Sail Newport is the first set on the right. Kudos to Kim Hapgood and her
superb gang of instructors.
And while at my flickr site, take a look at this year's St Patrick's Day
Parade, another Newport asset that we enjoy every year.
I can't wait for the weekend, when I leave bean town behind and roar down 24
south.
And by the way: fishing from my kayak has been somewhat scarce this summer.
Anybody have a honey spot they are willing to share?... ( I may share the
catch!)
Loving Newport.
