VCC says: "That was on another council's watch. Not my council. Yes,
vigilance is important. I promise to double the amount of money we
spend on the solicitor's office."

Re: How will you improve public access to the waterfront, so one can walk
around the harbor?
VCC says: "Well, your city is slightly strapped for cash and you know
those developers have deep pockets that we need to pick. We can't take
land away from private landowners so why not be happy to have a water
taxi service that will take you really, really close to the
land. You didn't really want a harbor walk, did you?"
