FYI I work for Brown University ( Public Sector last I heard) and I get a very
generous buy back for not taking their Health Care Plan. I also know of many
public sector employers who DO give buy backs, it's a good perk and in the long
run saves them money no matter how you look at it....and I don't have a degree
as a CPA but it makes sense to me.
