Ethical standards are cited in many documents at the state level, but the power in this state to control ethical abuse rest in a committee which reminds me of the 3 monkeys.  See no evil, hear no evil and speak no evil.  How else can you explain there action in the last couple of years over events in our state legislature and senate.  A good rule of thumb in politics would be: If you have a question about the ethic of the situation it is best to recuse yourself from the situation.  Hardly ever done in little rhoddy.
