I have recently been told by someone I consider well informed that the
overspending is in part due to recent hires by Jim Smith. If this is true then
it
would be adviseable to hold off on lambasting the Council until the facts are
clear. I suggest researching and verifying the allegation of hiring of more
people, and determining their specific functions and individual costs first. Has
anyone talked with John Trifero? Rob
