Description

This group is based on our opinion that a bright person with at least high-school education should be able to competently represent him/herself in court. Since he will proceed practically for free while the other side usually is paying a lawyer at least $100/hr, the self representing (Pro Se)litigant has a huge advantage from the outset. We view a lawyer for the opposition as a runaway cost which likely would either force them to settle on your terms or give up, as long as you are able to at least "hang in there" for the duration, including successive appeals if need be.
Having legal skills will let you have peace of mind, cut down on insurance and protect your interests against the arrogant governmental agencies and dishonest businesses and corporations. No entity, be it government agency which can easily be made to account for wasting taxpayer money on lengthy litigation nor a corporation which is in business to make money not to waste it on litigation and certainly no individual (other than Bill Gates and the like) is immune to runaway legal costs - that consideration is the basis for confidence as far as we are concerned. Given all the support websites on the Net which include online Access to US Code, State Codes, Federal or State Rules of Civil(Court) Procedure and searchable Case Law(legal precedent)sites representing oneself in court has never been easier. We have all this information/links and much more in Links and File Sections.

Notice: Self Representation means exactly that - attempt to represent other persons or organisation would be a crime "Practicing Law Without a License".

Please see "LINKS" AND "FILE" Sections for all the resources and information>>
