History of Sanrio
Sanrio started back in 1962 with the first character known as Strawberry (top right). The first few shops were located in San Francisco, California and Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo. Sanrio produced merchandise, books, and movies based on characters from their line. Harmonyland and Sanrio Puroland are two amusement parks created by Sanrio, around the early 90's.
