This is a network of NGOs,LGus,POs,School Based Social Action Offices and Church/Faith Based Organization for partnership towards children's issues and Advocacy. Operating in Four Cities (Manila,San Juan,Mandaluyong and Makati) The main goal is to create a CHILD FRIENDLY SOCIETY. membership composition rises to more or less 60 groups and organizations. There are 5 committees (Advocay,Membership,Program and Human Capability Building,Street Education,Information and Resource Generation and Mobilization. In 2003 and 2007 Malou von Arx was voted to be the chairperson of the network.
