My Indy cruiser is the 1/700 kit that out of the box show it in
August 1945 {as she looked when she was sunk}. But I changed her to
look as she did circa 1938-Spring of 1942. It took a lot of modifying
and scratch work, but as you see she looks pretty good.

I am also cutting down an Indy as the Northampton Class U.S.S.
Chicago circa 1933 {WITH torpedo tubes !}, also heavily modified to
represent the shorter ship.

I also have the "Arizona" as she looked before the Japs hit Pearl
Harbor on 7/12/41. Also heavily modified with "open" broadside guns,
photo etched hand rails.

All are in 1/700 scale, and will all be completed as diarams on water.
