Jolly Roger is actually the name of the well-known pirates flag...

I've just run across two re-issues from Lindberg; the 'Jolly Roger'
and 'Captain Kidd'. Both are marketed as "pirate" ships but to my
eye they look more like regular warships, perhaps a British Brig-of-
War ('Jolly') and a forty-gun frigate.
Obviously I am no expert on the age of sail; I'd like to hear some
opinions, and if anyone knows if these kits were originally released
under different names (and flags other than the skull & crossbones)
I would like to know this as well.
Thanks;
