I have worked (and am currently working)
on a couple of resin kits. They are more brittle than styrene, but easier to
sand. You can’t use plastic cement; you need to use either super glue or
epoxy. One of the advantages of resin is that you can use any kind of paint on
them from water based to lacquers. Before you paint, be sure to give the parts
a good washing to remove any mold release agents. JB

i have only
handled some small ships boats. but did not work them.
how hard is it to
work them. how do they compare with plastic models?
