As i  Mentioned in members details , i live in wollongong ,nsw australia. my favorite form of model building is matchsticks,buy a pack of preparded matchsticks in bulk works out cheaper than buying a kit. currently , working on hms victory ,(weekly magazine ),up to the rigging stage, finished a model of a mississippi river boat built with matchsticks ,no real problems there, though ,building the stern wheel was a challange, also, building the tower of london with matchsticks,big project,been working on it for  one year now. Am wifes carer so have plenty of time to kill, do volunteer work with community centre & also the red cross personal support service,(we only get called out when theres  a need for evac centres) i am the local deputy team leader.

also into cross stitch . (taught myself) family history, collect teaspoons ,hat pins.
