Dear Roy, for someone like your good self
who has produced from scratch I humbly suggest one of my own semi kits to which
the Scottish ring netter. This is a GRP hull (leak proof!!) Approx 30”
to which you fit the decking and everything else. I supply a set of drawings and
the winches and even a skylight in poly resin. I can also supply the prop,
shaft, motor and coupling to suit, This means that your model is unique to you
and is not a mass produced article or a 3D jigsaw. I have sold a number of
these models to new modellers who have all enjoyed the experience and have a
model to be very proud of. At a scale 0f 1:24 the model is solid and can be
sailed in quite rough waters.
In answer to your direct question
there is little to chose from Anji has a vac formed hull very thin!
Sincerely yours Mike Mayhew.

Advice please.
I would be grateful if you could recommend which of
the following RC
fishing boat kits is suitable for a first effort in boat modelling.
I am not new to building models having for many years been a railway
modeller [7mm scale Narrow Gauge] building my own locos and stock etc.
Robbe - Antje 2.
Artesania - Helen.
Motor Fifie Amaranth.
New Maquettes - Lemarie Ange.
Graupner - Elke HF 408.
Aero Naut - Anna 2.
Or any other suggestions.
Many thanks.
