Nisa bula vinaka, Namaste, Talofa lava, Kia orana, Malo e lelei, Fakaalofa lahi atu, Taloha ni, Fakatalofa, Kia ora, Kaselehlia, Alii, Ran annim, Iakwe, Halo fren, Gude gude, and warm Pacific Greetings!
This is an invitation to join the Pacific Network on Globalisation egroup!
We are setting up a discussion forum on trade and globalisation issues in the Pacific to better manage the email discussion that has recently become very active on trade issues in the Pacific.
Currently there are approximately 160 people on this list, most of whom either met at the Oxfam convened Pacific Civil Society Organisations Conference on Trade Negotiations, held in Nadi, 13-16 June 2006; or the recent PIFS convened Regional Workshop on the Current State of the Negotiations of an EPA with the EU for Non-State Actors, Parliamentarians and Heads of Investment Promotion Agencies, held in Nadi, 26-27 February, 2007.
The purpose of this egroup is to share information on trade and globalisation issues.
PANG will post updates on work we are part of, or meetings we attend, and we invite other organisations to do the same. It is also a forum for discussion and feedback.
This egroup will be run through yahoogroups.
Choose from the options in Yahoo if you want to receive
* all emails individually
* one daily digest (one email consolidating all emails that day)
* only special announcements
* no emails
All messages and message history can be viewed from the egroup page:
www.yahoogroups.com/group/pang-discussion/
We can discuss if people would like this group to be moderated – that is having a moderator check all emails before they are posted to the rest of the group.
If others would like to join this group they can visit:

Please contact me if you have any queries,
