Comprising graduates of DPA (INTAN) 1988-89, this group of middle level administrators often prides itself as having among the best talents in the Civil Service. The group has within its ranks lawyers, engineers, valuers, quantity surveyors, geologists, accountants and architects. About the only professionals not in the group are medical doctors and dentists. Members of the group are now posted almost everywhere, though most are attached to the various agencies in the Prime Minister's Department, Ministry of Finance and the Foreign Ministry.
