The Runner's Triathlete's Web is a running and triathlon resource site which draws over 14,000 visitors per day. It contains news, race results, a monthly running trivia, a 'widgets' page to help you compute everything you really need to know, a forum, monthly polls, race sites and over 7,000 links to running, track and field and triathlon sites. It also hosts the sites for Emilie's Run - The Emilie Mondor Memorial 5K Race for Women, Lauren Groves, Triathlete, Cynthia Wilson, Triathlete, Sharon Donnelly, a three-time Canadian champion triathlete, 1999 Pan American Games gold medal winner and Sydney Olympian, and the OAC Racing Team, a womens road racing and triathlon club.

The Runner's Web sponsors Emilie's Run (formerly the RunnersWeb5K.com Race for Women) in Ottawa, a race dedicated to the memory of Emilie Mondor - Athens Olympian and the first Canadian woman to break 15:00 for 5K - who was killed in a car crash in September of 2006. This year's race was run on June 24th and saw 45 women run 20:00 or faster.
